As one of the premier bird-watching destinations in Jefferson County, the Kah Tai Lagoon Nature Park backdrop hosts over 180 species of birds, making every event a natural symphony. We are deeply committed to this ecosystem, donating 10% of all profits and 100% of additional contributions to the Rainshadow Bird Alliance to support local conservation. 

The approach to the property is defined by two long drives that flank 300 feet of unobstructed lagoon frontage, leading you to a masterfully restored barn. Inside, guests can drift between the cocktail area, a cozy lounge, and a sun-drenched dining space, all designed to keep the stunning waterfront views front and center. For a truly unique perspective, our permanently docked cruising boat provides a warm, high vantage point perfect for intimate moments, quiet solitude, or even overnight stays. 

Weddings find a breathtaking home here on the gentle grass slope that rolls down toward the water, offering a picturesque ceremony backdrop of the lagoon, the historic courthouse, and the Port Townsend skyline. • Capacity & Rates: Guest lists are strictly limited to 50 people. Pricing is determined on an à la carte basis, allowing you to select specific amenities such as the bridal dressing cottage, the lounge, or outdoor lawn setups.
• Deposit & Payments: A refundable security deposit is typically required at the time of booking to cover potential damages, with full payment due 60 days before your event.
• Sustainability Commitment: Per our mission, 10% of your rental profit and any additional donations are directed to the Rainshadow Bird Alliance to support local habitat conservation.
• On-Site Management: A property manager remains on-site during all events to ensure safety and provide assistance for your vendors or bridal party.
